For Individual Buyers

UniPack offers a limited return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Eligibility for Free Return or Exchange:
    • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or missing items upon receipt of the package.
    • Customers must notify UniPack within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence, such as photographs and a description of the issue.
  • Non-Eligible Scenarios:
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason after the package is received in good condition.

For B2B Partners (Schools or Organizations)

UniPack has a strict quality assurance process to ensure all orders for B2B partners are complete and accurate.

  • Receiving and Checking Goods:
    • Partners must inspect the delivered items promptly upon receipt.
    • Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported to UniPack immediately, before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Confirmation of Delivery:
    • Once the goods are inspected and the delivery receipt is signed to confirm accuracy, the order is considered final.
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the delivery receipt is signed.

How to Report Issues

For both individual buyers and B2B partners:

  1. Contact UniPack: Notify us via email or our website’s customer service portal.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include proof of purchase, photographs, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Resolution: UniPack will assess the claim and provide a replacement or address the issue within 5 business days if it meets the above conditions.
