UniPack Shipping Policy
At UniPack, we strive to make the delivery process as smooth and convenient as possible. Below are the details of our shipping options and policies:
- Shipping Options
- Paid Delivery:
- If you select paid delivery, your package will arrive at the specified location on the date you choose.
- Morning or afternoon delivery options are available; however, specific time slots are not guaranteed.
- Standard Delivery:
- Standard delivery takes 7-14 days.
- Delivery dates may vary based on logistics and courier schedules.
- Receiving Your Package
- If you are not present to receive the package:
- We will attempt one additional delivery at no extra charge.
- If no one is available after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned, and a refund will be issued.
- If you agree to have the package left at your doorstep:
- For houses: The package will be placed at your door.
- For apartments: If we cannot access your unit, the package may be left at the building’s reception or main entrance.
- Responsibility for Delivered Packages
- Once the package is delivered and left in your agreed location, UniPack assumes no responsibility for:
- Loss or theft of the package.
- Any damage occurring after delivery.
- By agreeing to have the package left at your location, you also acknowledge that the package is delivered in full and without damage. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under these circumstances.
